• Complete overhaul of existing office building : structure, lift shaft, roof structure and internal fit-out
• Design Checks on existing floors and roof structures with appropriate temporary load restrictions and long term building repairs
• Lift Structure Modifications to bring up to modern DDA standards
• Basement works to form new openings for integral disabled lift / staircase
• New Cathodic Protection System to existing steel frame / solid masonry envelope
• Concrete Repair works to existing hollow-block RC Floors onto steel frame
• Building Modifications to allow for new building services installation
• Roof Structure Strengthening Works to support new roof level plant loading
• Primary Structural Designs to redistribute load paths from items to be removed
• Secondary Structural Designs to assist with internal architectural requirements
